Shipping policy

STANDARD DELIVERY: 

Small items: 
FREE SHIPPING on all orders £50 & over excluding furniture in England. The discount is applied at checkout.

All small items are sent via Royal Mail or a 3-5 day courier service. £3.50 flat rate fee for small orders. The processing time for small orders is a maximum of 3 working days.
Tracking details will be provided via email so you can track your parcel online. We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays due to the services being independent or if an incomplete address or phone number was provided or if no one is home.

Furniture & Larger Items From: 
Larger items that cannot be boxed such as furniture will be sent with our specialist independent courier on a 1 man blanket wrapped to the door service. Timescale is dependant on the item and delivery location, most are made within 2 weeks but can be longer during busy times or if you are unavailable when the courier is in your area. 

Please contact us for a quote for larger items before purchase.

Contact details for the courier will be provided via email once your order has been collected in case you miss his call. We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays due to the services being independent or if an incomplete address or phone number was provided, or if no one is home.

Please ensure larger items will fit through your doorways & into the desired space prior to ordering. Once items have been booked in for delivery our courier will be unable to return items to us without you incurring a charge. A re-stocking fee of £100 will apply if you need to return any item on this basis, or if you missed the arranged delivery, provided an incorrect address or contact number resulting in failed delivery attempt. It is the customers responsibility to arrange and pay for any return. Please inspect items upon delivery, acceptance of item delivery is assumed that the customer is satisfied & that no damage has occurred in transit.

PACKAGING:
It may not look pretty but we use as much recycled packaging as possible to send our products. We always ensure that all parcels are well wrapped and protected.

Shipping to the United States
We love sending our vintage and antique pieces to customers across the US. Because every order travels from our home base in the UK, it crosses an international border and falls under US customs rules.

To keep things simple, all import duties and taxes are included in your order — we prepay them on your behalf through a Delivered Duties Paid service (Royal Mail PDDP). That means there are no surprise customs charges or carrier handling fees to pay when your parcel arrives: the price you see at checkout is all you pay.

We pack everything with real care, particularly fragile ceramics, glass and original artwork, and we send orders using tracked and insured services so your piece is looked after on its journey. Please allow a little extra time for delivery, as parcels still pass through customs clearance on the way.
