Are all your items vintage or antique?
Yes, everything listed on The Blue Loft is either vintage or antique. We curate each piece carefully for its quality, character, and styling potential. Occasionally we may introduce handmade or limited edition homeware, but it will always be clearly labelled and in keeping with our vintage inspired aesthetic.
What condition are the items in?
Each piece is described honestly and in detail. All vintage and antique items show some signs of age, and we believe that is part of their charm. How do I know the size of an item?

Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. Returns must be sent back in the same condition and original packaging. Where do you source your items from?
Anna sources pieces from a mix of auctions, house clearances, and trusted contacts. Each item has been hand selected for its decorative value, story, or form. We only buy what we would love to live with ourselves.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the UK and the US. If you are based elsewhere overseas and see something you love, please contact us directly and we will do our best to help.
Can I collect in person?
Collection is possible by arrangement. We are committed to reducing the use of single use plastic, so collection from our showroom is always welcome. Please get in touch before placing your order if you would like to discuss local pickup.
How is my order packaged?
With great care! We use recyclable packaging wherever possible and always ensure your item is securely protected. Larger or more fragile pieces may require specialist courier services.
