The stoneware is satisfyingly solid, the amber glaze shifts in the light, and the warm grain of the wood plays against the earthy tones below it. At 15.5 x 12 cm there is room for a good bag of beans or ground coffee, though these jars happily turn their hand to storing anything from pasta to kitchen bits and bobs once you start living with them.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"ltr\"\u003eCondition is very good for its age. The glaze is bright and clear, the pattern is crisp, and the base carries the Hornsea mark.
